11 Hacks To Last Longer In Bed

Premature ejaculation (PE) is the most common sexual problem and concern for many men. It simply means when a man cums sooner during sexual activity than he or his partner would like, usually within less than 2 minutes of penetration.

1 in 3 men would experience PE at some point in their lives. While occasional premature ejaculation is normal, persistent PE can lead to frustration, anxiety, and strain in relationships.

What Causes Premature Ejaculation

PE can be caused by hormonal imbalance, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, etc.

The good news? There are actual, effective ways to help you last longer in bed so you can satisfy your partner and yourself, and I’m about to break them down for you.

1. Masturbate about 30 minutes before sex:

The idea behind this is simple – when you cum few minutes before sex, it’s going to take a while before you can cum again, thus helping you last longer. Masturbation also helps to reduce sexual excitement and tension.

2. Eat Stamina-Boosting Foods:

Eat foods like tigernut, walnut, red grapes, dark chocolates, banana and watermelon before sex. They’ve been proven to increase sexual stamina.

3. Limit Alcohol and Smoking:

Excessive alcohol consumption and smoking can affect your sexual performance. Reducing or eliminating these habits can lead to better stamina and control.

4. Strengthen Your Pelvic Floor Muscles:

Practice Kegel exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor. To do this, tighten the muscles you use to stop urination, hold for a few seconds, and release. Repeat several times a day.

5. Spend more time on foreplay:

Spend at least 20 minutes on foreplay and make her cum first so that you have little time to spend on penetration because.

6. Switch positions:

When you feel you’re about to cum, switch to a different position immediately. This can help you reset and gain control.

7. Avoid positions that feel too intense:

Positions like doggy or missionary can make you cum quick. Try spooning or cowgirl instead. Also, when you thrust, don’t thrust too fast or deep. Go slowly and rhythmically.

8. Try the squeeze method:

Keep thrusting slowly until you feel you’re about to cum. Then, pause, pull out and gently squeeze the tip of the penis for about 10-20 seconds until the feeling stops. You can resume sex afterwards.

9. Distract your mind:

Think about someone that is not related to sex like football, work, multiplication table, money, etc. This can reduce arousal and delay ejaculation.

10. Wear a condom:

Condoms can reduce sensitivity and help you last longer.

11. Go for round two

If you tend to finish quickly, don’t stress – just go again! Many people last longer the second time around, so take a break, hydrate, and get back in the game.
