About Me
Hi, I’m Elizabeth

A certified sex educator, public health advocate, and passionate learner.

I earned my certification from the Institute for Sexuality Education & Enlightenment, recognized under the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT). Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Health with a focus on Sexual and Reproductive Health, blending my academic journey with my passion for promoting sexual health, pleasure, and well-being.

When I’m not working or studying, you can find me immersed in a thriller or mystery novel, or unwinding with a BL or Korean drama..
My Mission
What I Offer ?
- Education: Tailored to address topics like communication, consent, pleasure, and sexual health across diverse audiences.
- Public Health Advocacy: Bridging the gap between sex education and public health to tackle issues like reproductive health disparities and access to accurate information.
- Empathy and Support: A safe, judgment-free space to explore questions about sex, relationships, and self-discovery.
Why I Do This ?
I grew up in a Christian home where conversations about sex are seen as dirty or taboo. It wasn’t until my final year of university, when I had my first boyfriend, that I began educating myself about sex. I was very curious about sex (don’t blame me) so I would go to Google to learn. At the time, I was already running a WhatsApp platform where I shared academic content (I was a first-class student in Chemistry – BSC.) During the COVID-19 lockdown, I decided to introduce sex education to the platform, not knowing what to expect. And to my surprise, it blew up. I was saving new contacts daily.
But it wasn’t all smooth sailing. I faced backlash and constant self-doubt:
‘Remember, you studied chemistry’
‘What will people think of you?’
‘They’ll think you’re doing this for attention…’
‘People already know these things you’re saying….’
‘This is Nigeria. Sex is a taboo…’
‘You’re doing too much…’
It was overwhelming, but I chose to keep going. Within just three months, it became clear to me how desperately sex education was needed. Today, I’m more committed than ever to ensuring others have access to the knowledge and support I had to seek out on my own.
My background in public health has also shown me how deeply connected sexual health is to overall well-being, and I’m dedicated to making sex education accessible to all.
